Chwarae Teg’s Business Support Programme is a bespoke programme that aims to support businesses to improve efficiency and productivity, including resource efficiency.

It is available for SMEs across Wales, in particular enterprises between 10 and 250 employees up to £35 million turnover, and focuses on 10 key areas of the business:

6. Recruitment and Selection
7. Management
8. Performance Management
9. People Policies
10. Community and Environment

The programme is offered as a free service supported by the Welsh Government and the European Social Fund.
