The Netherlands Enterprise Agency (RVO.nl) provides a special information package through a dedicated web platform to companies and entrepreneurs wishing to start or switch to circular construction approaches.

RVO's Circualr Building web-page provides an overview of things that companies can take into account in their endeavours, including:

• How to get started with circular building, how to create revenue, new business models based on leasing, for instance, instead of buying
• Sustainable procurement and who can help with information and advice
• National regulations that can stimulate sustainable building practices, such as Environmental Performance of Buildings Permits and Smart Regulation for Green Growth 
• Networks addressing the circular economy in industries, regions, cities, etc.
• Green deals and city deals; voluntary agreements between governments and business to implement sustainable projects
• Financing opportunities, subsidies and tax incentives
• Good practices and other information

The initiative supports and seeks to boost the Transition Agenda for Circular Economy in Construction.
