Funding is provided for energy-efficient construction and work on buildings that don't presently meet the requirements of the OIB Directive. It is available to all companies, entrepreneurial organisations, associations, and confessional/religious institutions may also submit proposals. 

Examples of eligible projects: 

• Insulation of the thermal envelope 
• Windows and exterior doors 
• External shading systems 
• Heat recovery systems for ventilation systems 
• Associated work 

In addition to the materials (parts), planning and installation are also recognised as eligible costs.
