Support Programme
Funding wood heating systems for self-supply
Subsidies for boiler plants and micro-networks for central heat generation are provided for all companies and other entrepreneurial organisations. In addition, associations and confessional communities can also submit applications.
Funding is provided for:
- Boiler systems with ≥ 400 kW nominal heat output generated by wood pellets, wood chips from solid biomass or log wood
- Boiler plants with ≥ 400 kW nominal heat output for central heating systems and process energy generation
- Micro-networks for internal heat supply in connection with a boiler plant
The subsidy covers investments in wood heating systems for the central heating supply of one or more company-owned buildings.
Examples of eligible installations (parts): boiler, flue gas cleaning, chimney, flue gas heat recovery, fuel feed, buffer, and electrical installation for boilers. District heating pipes (for micro-networks including associated excavation work) are eligible. The measurement and control technology for the boiler (MSR) and heat transfer stations in the micro-networks are also covered.
