Ukrainian Cluster Alliance (UCA)

The Ukrainian Cluster Alliance (UCA) was formed in March 2022, shortly after the Russian invasion. Building on previous efforts of cluster organisation starting in 2019, but now reinforced under the shock of the Russian military onslaught, the primary objective of the UCA is to help Ukrainian industrial clusters and companies to deal with the brutal disruption of supply chains and export routes. Besides coordinating Ukrainian clusters and providing direct technical assistance, its strategy to rescue and restructure Ukrainian industries is focused on their internationalisation and integration into European value chains.
