Business Seminar: Opportunities in Asia for SMEs

Submitted by Alina Danielescu Chirlomez on 02 June 2017

How to do business in the Asian markets? Join the EU-Asia Business Link and the Brussels Chamber of Commerce (BECI) on June 14th to get an overview on the golden rules and ask your questions to the representatives of the EU Business Support Organisations and European Chambers in Asia.

Doing business in Asia can bring you many opportunities, but seems to be a big challenge. Each country has its own cultural nuances and business codes that affect how the market operates. European companies need to adapt how they manage the exchanges, and need information and support to understand how to do business in the target Asian countries and to seize the right opportunities.

PROGRAMME
During this seminar, the EU Business Cooperation Centres in Asia experts, located in several countries, will share their local market knowledge, cultural understanding and contacts to help you find the right partners. They will present the different ways of handling specific matters, along with other European Chambers, members of Enterprise Europe Network.

Target countries: Myanmar, Philippines, Indonesia, China, Laos, Cambodia, Vietnam.

The seminar will be followed in the afternoon by 1-to-1 meetings with the representatives of the different organisations in a dedicated matchmaking area.
