Business Digital Transformation Project
Flowfactory GmbH's business digital transformation project is an ambitious step toward shaping the interior design industry by transitioning from a focus on a single innovative product, Balcosy - the innovative window seat (a small window seat solution for windows) that can be installed in existing buildings and flats, to a broader, solution-oriented approach. In collaboration with the technology provider IDEAZ BUSINESS INNOVATION, this project aims to lay the groundwork for and undertake a comprehensive research and transformation phase. By leveraging technology, it seeks to develop scalable business models that address key industry challenges, such as visualization problems, expensive measuring processes, and costly renderings. Specifically, the technology provider will assist in integrating digital workflows that support the circular economy, from resource-efficient design to optimized production processes.
This opportunity represents a launching point for Flowfactory to evolve from developing a single innovative product to introducing new, sustainable, and impact-driven innovations in the furniture and interior market.
Flowfactory GmbH will receive indirect funding (€ 5.000) from the European Union’s Single Market Programme through the SILEO project (GA N.101074564).
