The Packaging Cluster renews the certification of the Catalonia Clusters 2024-26 program
The Packaging Cluster has recently renewed the certification of the Catalonia Clusters program, awarded by the Generalitat of Catalonia through ACCIÓ.
This certification recognizes companies and main players in the technological and knowledge environment of the cluster, whose main objective is to improve business competitiveness and which have a proven experience in dynamizing clusters. The purpose of this badge is to promote the competitiveness of the Catalan economy, to systematize the action of the Generalitat de Catalunya in cluster policy and to contribute to the rationalization of the map of clusters in Catalonia.
The accreditation, valid until the end of 2026, represents a significant advance to strengthen the country's productive fabric by strengthening industry in a broad sense and supporting SMEs, aligning with the objectives of the European Union in the field of cluster policy. As part of the Catalonia Clusters program, this new agreement offers the entity an opportunity to benefit from a wide range of valuable services and resources, including a distinctive brand, personalized strategic guidance, comprehensive training for managers, mentoring and expert advice on international cooperation and innovation, promotion of networking and collaboration opportunities, channeling of innovation and internationalization policy instruments, and access to additional services and resources promoted by the Department of Business and Employment scope of clusters. In this sense, the Agency for Business Competitiveness (ACCIÓ) grants certification to those groups of companies that meet the requirements through a process governed by the values of transparency, free participation, non-discrimination and justice.
